Successful people wakes up early

Good morning! How are you feeling today? We hope that everyone is doing great and also welcome back from the long weekend! We are still in the Chinese New Year mood and we would like to start off by wishing everyone a great year ahead, stay healthy as well as happy as always!

Today we would like to share with you about one of our tips to stay healthy as well as efficient during the day. The answer to that is, "We are morning people". We have a habit of starting our day very early. Although our working hours are 9am - 6pm but some of us do start work at 8am. There are 5 benefits of a morning person and they are as follows:
  1. More "Me time": When you are up early, you tend to be able to have more time for yourself. It's true that we tend to spend more time on the road, in front of our laptops replying emails or in business meetings. Therefore, waking up early, gives you that special moment to do things that you enjoy before you start your work. The bonus part is that you get to witness the beauty of the sun rise which is one of the prettiest times of the day.
  2. Stay healthy: An early morning walk or a simple 15 minutes of breathing exercise enhances your metabolism as well as improve your physical and mental energy. They said, "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day" hence feeding yourself the right food (oat, cereals, fruits, mixed nuts and etc) is also vital to stay tip top shape.
  3. Focus: When we were young, we will always have to wake up early to go to school because it was mentioned to us that our brain functions the best during the day especially in the morning. It is true that after a long night of rest, you tend to be more alert in the morning. This helps us all to get things done quickly and also have better performance in our work. 
  4. Better time management: We only 24 hours a day and we should use it wisely! Waking up early can reduce your hours on the road. With fever cars, you can get to your destination faster with less hassle. If your working hours is 8 hours, you will be able to leave earlier as enjoy your evenings with your love ones. 
  5. Get things done: You tend to stick to your schedule and check off all those items that you need to carry out. It's easy to delay and procrastinate by saying, "It's okay, we can do it tomorrow" but how many times can you do that? By doing so, your to-do-list will be piling up day by day and those items will never be able to strike off from your list.
